History of the Club

In 1971 Trojan Gymnastic Club was formed, embarking on a journey that would help to shape the gymnastic future of hundreds of girls and boys. Trojan was established in a hall located at Newpark Sports Centre, Blackrock where children of all levels trained and had fun whilst developing skills and friendships that would be with them for life.

The Club’s management and direction were and still are supervised by the parents committee who themselves have been involved in the Irish gymnastic scene most of their lives.

Trojan competitive club now finds itself venturing on an exciting new journey starting its own recreational program. We have now moved from Ballyogan to a permanent gym facility in Stillorgan Business Park. Things have come a long way since 1971, but Trojan's core passion, enthusiasm and commitment for gymnastics remains the same and we look forward to what the future holds.
