Summer, Halloween & Easter camps

Skills 

In our camp, your child will learn/ improve skills such as rolling, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, swinging, climbing, kicking, turning, jumping, leaping, and balancing. They will get more confident with heights and with turning upside-down. We work on their flexibility and strength in order to safely improve their skills. We build up skills from the bottom up so even if your child doesn't achieve the completed skill, they will be proud of their progress towards it. 

For more advanced gymnasts, we will progress onto walkovers, aerials, round-offs, handsprings, etc.

Camp is for both boys and girls 

State-of-the-art facility

13,000 square feet. We have women's artistic gymnastic equipment (bars, beams, floor, vault) and men's equipment (single bar, rings, mushroom, p-bars, vault, floor). We have a long trampoline track, a tumble track, wall bars, and a bouncing castle.  We have junior equipment (smaller versions of the bars and beams for example) so younger gymnasts feel safe and confident. We also have large lunch rooms for children to take their breaks within their groups.  

Expert Coaches 

 We have a highly experienced, qualified, and friendly full-time team, as well as fantastic part-time assistant coaches. All our coaches have a background as competitive gymnasts and are passionate about creating a positive learning environment to share their knowledge of their favourite sport! All Staff are Garda Vetted & Have safeguarding training

Parking and public transport

We are only a 5 minute walk from the Stillorgan Luas Stop (if you walk through Holly Avenue car park). We are also accessible via the following Dublin Bus routes: 11, 47, 75a, 114, and 116. 

For those driving, we have ample parking at the back of the gym. We are operating a one-way system so gymnasts will enter at the back of the gym.

Children will learn lots of new skills across all the various gymnastic apparatus in a safe and fun environment. Games and fun challenges.
