This video lesson is best suited to experienced recreational gymnasts aged 7+, as well as competitive gymnasts at level 1 or 2. It contains a warm-up, stretches, fitness and body conditioning with one of our coaches - Chloe.

Learn a cartwheel from the very beginning
Includes a few stretches and lots of preps so they can feel themselves progress closer and closer to a cartwheel even if they're not quite there yet. They need a mat, a teddy bear, and a chair/ couch/ something to put their feet up higher than their head. If they have a panel mat or something to jump over, that's a bonus. Make sure they've done a warm-up first. You can use the first 8 minutes from lesson 1 as their warm-up.
